All order placed by 7pm will be despatched within 1 or 2 working days. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been despatched.

Orders over £50 will automatically be sent via 1st class recorded post where a signature is required. No increase in postage will be charged to you.

Orders over £100 qualify for free 1st class recorded post.

If you are not delighted with your purchase you have 7 days to return your product/s to us for a full refund or exchange. If 7 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund / exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the tags still attached.  

If you would like to return an item to us please email us at in order to obtain a returns number - this number must be added in your returned package. We also require your full name, date of purchase, payment method and reason for return. The returns address will also be provided at this stage.

To complete your refund/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)                                      

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 working days.   

Sale items 

Sale items purchases are final and nonrefundable.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
